Import and sync responses with your Google Sheets easily
Have you ever spent hours copying and pasting survey responses into spreadsheets? The SurveySparrow extension for Google Sheets lets you collect survey feedback directly into your spreadsheets, saving you time and effort.
Let’s take a deeper look at how to add the SurveySparrow extension to your Google Sheets.
Installing SurveySparrow add-on
1. Open your Google Sheet where you would like to import the survey responses.
2. Click on Extensions in the top menu bar and then select Add-ons.
3. Now in the marketplace, search for ‘SurveySparrow’ and click Install.
4. Once installed, click on SurveySparrow under the extensions and select Open.
5. The SurveySparrow app will appear within your sheet. Click Connect and log in with your SurveySparrow credentials.
6. Grant permission to SurveySparrow to access your data.
Once done, your SurveySparrow account will be connected to your Google Sheets.
Importing responses to Google Sheets
1. In the dropdown simply choose the survey you want to import responses from.
2. Click Import Responses and get your survey data populated in your Google Sheets effortlessly!
3. You can add all the recent survey responses to your sheet by simply clicking the refresh button at any time.
4. You can import survey responses from multiple surveys directly into one sheet. For each survey, a new sheet will be created automatically in the same master sheet when you import responses.
You can even proceed to create new surveys from the extension by clicking Create Survey. This will take you to your SurveySparrow account to build your survey.
