Managing your Account Settings

Change your Account details, Survey appearance and Branding

If you wish to edit your company name, logo and so on, you can do it under the Settings section. Moreover, you can alter the appearance of your survey and branding as well.

In order to Manage your Account Settings, follow the below-mentioned steps: 

1. Click on Settings Icon.

2. You will be redirected to the settings page where you will find various subsections namely User Management, Security, Apps and Integrations, Account Settings, Billing, and more.

3. Here you can edit your company name, and time zone and change your company logo.

4. Under ‘Domain’, you will be able to view the primary web address from SurveySparrow, while the custom domain provides a personalized alternative.




5. From the sub-accounts page, you can view the list of existing sub-accounts and also add new sub-accounts by clicking on +Add Account. To know how to create sub-accounts, go to this article.
