What is your refund policy?
SurveySparrow’s Refund Policy states that you will not be provided a refund if you terminate/cancel your account in the middle of a subscription period. However, you will be eligible for a refund if you terminate your account as a result of breach of the Terms of Service by us.

Automatic Renewal Charges
If your subscription renews automatically and you believe the renewal charge was made in error or was otherwise unintended (for example, if you no longer intended to continue using SurveySparrow), you may submit a refund request by contacting our Support team and providing your receipt or invoice details. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our applicable policies and governing law. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
