Skip logic allows you to jump from one question to another by skipping all the questions in between. The survey respondents don’t get to see the skipped questions.
Let’s see how this works:
Once you have created the survey with multiple questions,
1. You can select the question from where you wish to initiate the branching. Select Logic >> Skip Logic
2. Create the logic criteria based on the parameter you wish to trigger the logic and then select the action from the ‘Then Jump To’ dropdown.
The actions include branching to a desired question (or) Thank you page (or) ending the survey (or) redirecting to a URL.
Example
For a customer experience survey on online purchases, you can skip a list of questions asking about the experience if the individual has not made the purchase.
When a user has purchased an item from your website:

By defining the criteria for skipping the questions, you can change what the next question is going to be after a particular question. You can use parameters like Response of a question, Contact information, Survey share channel or Custom param. Once the criteria has been met, you can -
Skip Logic would be particularly useful if you wish to jump a particular list of questions. If you wish to hide a particular question based on the previous input, we would recommend you to set up Display logic.
