Hidden Topics help ensure that no topic is overlooked or missed. It automatically detects topics that occur more frequently than a certain threshold.

This helps highlight emerging themes that might otherwise go unnoticed. This also provides a more complete, holistic view of topics and your customer feedback.

Let’s see Hidden Topics in action

  1. Navigate to Insights and go to CogniVue.Image

  • Topics- Under Topics, you can see the number of mentions. This represents how many times the topic has been mentioned. For example, the topic "Food" has been mentioned once in this case.
  • Sentiment- This indicates whether the mentioned topic has a positive or a negative sentiment.
  • Trend- This shows the time period during which the customer has mentioned the topic.
  • Actions- With Actions, you can choose how to track your hidden topics—either as separate Topics or as sub-topics under an existing topic.Image

3.1.  Let’s see how to track Topic wise

Select this if you want to track insights that are distinct and should be monitored separately.

3.1.1. To track feedback topic-wise, you need to add sub-topics under the main topic for analysis. Enter the relevant sub-topics that should be included, ensuring a more structured breakdown of feedback.Image

3.1.2. Once the sub-topics are added, click ‘Next, Choose Preferences’ to proceed.

3.2. Lets see how to track Sub-topic wise

Choose this if the topic fits under an existing category and should be added as a sub-topic.

3.2.1. To track feedback sub-topic wise, select the main topic name under which the sub-topic should be analysed. This ensures the sub-topic is categorised correctly within the existing topic structure.
