Reusing closed Slack polls in the SurveySparrow app

Easy to use and rich in customizability, SurveySparrow’s polls app for Slack helps you drive faster collaboration and team engagement with the power of real-time feedback. Once you have collected enough responses via a poll, you can close it. But if you want to reuse a poll that was closed, follow the following steps:

1. Head to the SurveySparrow app. Click on the filter button under Poll history, and select Closed polls.
   
2. To reuse the desired poll, click on the 3-dot horizontal icon to the right of it, then select Reuse.
   
3. The usual poll configuration window opens up again. You can edit the poll and the distribution settings, then send the poll.
