Import reviews from custom review platforms

Looking to collect and manage reviews from a niche review platform? SurveySparrow’s Reputation Management has you covered! You can easily import reviews from any custom review platform, understand your customer sentiment, and act on it promptly.

All you need to do is get your review details in a CSV file and upload to Reputation Management. Let’s see how it’s done.

1. Log in to your SurveySparrow account.

2. Under the Reputation menu, click All Reviews.

3. Click the 3-dot icon and choose Manage Platforms.

4. Click Add New Location.

5. Click Custom Location.

6. Enter the platform name.

7. You can choose to add a logo.

8. Enter the location label for your reference.

9. To import the reviews, click Upload via CSV.

10. Click Proceed.

11. Upload the review details from the platform as a CSV file.

Note

Ensure that the CSV file has the following details in the same order:

• Reviewer Name: The value should be in text format
• Created Date: The date format should be either YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY
• Review Rating: The value should be in the range of 1 to 5. Decimal values are not supported.
• Review Content: The value should be in text format

12. Map the data to the respective field fields in Reputation Management.

13. Once you complete mapping the data, click Continue.

14. Enter a title for the import.

15. Once done, click Finish Import.

16. Click Go to Reputation Management to view the imported reviews.

That’s all about it! Now, you can manage your reviews from custom review platforms and manage them in SurveySparrow.
