You can access logs in SurveySparrow to get a record of everything the platform sent or called on your behalf, ready to share with your team or with support. There are logs for survey emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, webhooks, workflows, integrations and API calls. They also show whether each hand-off worked, so you can check what happened when a customer says a survey never arrived or when a connected system stops receiving responses. Checking them regularly helps you spot a failing connection before your customers do.
Which log should you open?
Each log answers a different question. Every log has a menu path, and you can also open any of them by typing its address after your account's domain, for example youraccount.surveysparrow.com/logs/email.

Troubleshooting
A log page says there are no logs. Logs appear only after the activity happens. For example, Webhook Logs fill once a response triggers the webhook. On Webhook, Workflow, Integration and API logs, click Reset to clear any filters and check the Date Range. On Email, Text and WhatsApp logs, widen the range under Last Three Months.
The email is in Email Logs, but the recipient never got it. A SEND DATE in Email Logs means SurveySparrow sent the email. It does not show whether the recipient's mail server delivered it. Ask the recipient to check spam and confirm the address. If you send from your own address, see Custom Email Address to Share Surveys.
Email Logs takes a long time to load. Accounts that send a lot of email can have very long logs. Choose a shorter range under Last Three Months, such as Last Week.
Download CSV did not download a file. Email Logs exports are emailed to you rather than downloaded in the browser, so check your inbox.
A text shows a successful status, but the customer did not get it. The STATUS in Text Logs is the response your SMS provider gave when SurveySparrow handed over the message. Check your provider's own message logs for what happened after that. If Text Logs stays empty after you send a survey by text, contact support.
A webhook call shows Failed. Filter by Status to list only the failed calls, then check that the URL is correct and that the receiving system is online and accepts the request. See How to use SurveySparrow Webhooks? to review the webhook's settings.
An integration call shows an error status. Filter by Integration to show only that app, note the Timestamp and Survey Name of the failed call, and check the connection in the app's settings. If it keeps failing, contact support with those details.
Download is greyed out.Download is only available when the log has rows that match your filters. Click Reset or widen the Date Range.
