Sync and manage your G2 reviews easily

1. Log in to your SurveySparrow account.
2. Click Reputation.
3. Click the 3-dot icon and choose Manage Platforms.
4. Click Add New Platforms button.
A slide-in panel will appear.
5. Select G2 from the dropdown.
6. Enter the API token and URL generated from your G2 account.
Generating API token
- Log in to https://my.g2.com
- Navigate to Integrations > API Tokens & Apps
- Enter a label name for your reference
- Select “My Organization/Product” from the Integration Partner dropdown.
- Click Create New Token and copy the token.
Fetching the URL
- Go to https://www.g2.com/
- Search and navigate to your product’s page
- Copy the URL.
- Example: https://www.g2.com/products/YourProduct/reviews
7. Add a label for your reference.
8. Click Save Platform.
You can see all your reviews from G2 in the Reputation section. Now, managing your G2 reviews has just got easier. You can set workflows to automate replies, put the awesome reviews in the spotlight, and other internal actions to manage your G2 reviews efficiently.
