You can make your surveys look smarter with questions that refer to the answer given to previous questions. For instance, the first question in your lead form asks for the user's name to which a user replies that her name is Emily. The next question intends to collect the email id. With Question Piping, you can phrase the next question as 'Emily, could you tell us your email?'. This is as close to real, one-to-one conversations as you can get!
Let's see how this works:
1. Add your first question.
2. While adding your next question, click on the variable symbol '$', and under 'Answer To', choose the relevant previous question.
3. SurveySparrow automatically replaces this variable with your previous question's answer and customizes the question for you.
That’s all. In no time, you have personlized your survey.
