You can make your surveys look smarter with questions that refer to the answer given to previous questions. For instance, the first question in your lead form asks for the user's name to which a user replies that her name is Emily. The next question intends to collect the email id. With Question Piping, you can phrase the next question as 'Emily, could you tell us your email?'. This is as close to real, one-to-one conversations as you can get!
