How to restrict access to specific IP addresses alone?

With IP Restrictions, you can restrict access to your SurveySparrow account to only trusted networks. All you have to do is define a range of IP addresses that are authorized to access your account.

For instance, you can prevent employees from accessing the SurveySparrow account outside the office network using IP restrictions.

Let’s see how it works:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click on IP Restriction.

3. Enter the authorized range of IP addresses in the Allowed IP Ranges field. You can also enter multiple IP ranges by pressing the Enter button on your keyboard. Use the syntax n.n.n.n or n.n.n.n/n where n is a number or an asterisk(*) wildcard.

4. Click Save and you’re good to go!

Note: If you are in an unauthorized IP address, you’ll get the following error message

Removing Added IP Addresses

To remove an added IP address, Click on the Delete icon and the IP address gets removed from the Allowed IP Ranges.  Now, click on Save to confirm the changes.
