Stripe Integration with SurveySparrow - Create Cake Order Form

Let’s say you want to collect payments for event registrations. You can use the Stripe integration to incorporate payments into your event registration form.

Here are the screenshots that represent how you can collect payments in the survey form itself.

Let’s see how it works:

1. Create an event registration form, or you can use our Online Event Registration Form that’s available in the Templates section.

2. Select the Payment question type to collect credit/debit card details. Enter the amount to be billed and select the currency.

3. Finish creating your form and proceed to design.
