Survey Settings

Configure Survey Settings to choose and use the various features available.

Survey setting options in SurveySparrow allow you to edit and set different features available in the settings of your survey. 

To configure Survey Settings, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Config icon, which you can see on the left side of the builder page.

2. Once you click on the Settings icon, you will be redirected to the Survey Settings page.

Within the Survey Settings in SurveySparrow you can do the following:- 

• Categorize your survey into desired folders under Folders.
• Change language preference under Language.
• Customize or choose your default survey URL under Survey URL.

3. Under Quotas, Quota Labels and Quota Limits are configured to set the number of responses for each criterion. Responders are redirected to the landing page if the Quota is breached.

4. Configure the date and number of times in Throttling to not share surveys with the same person.

Also, under Access in Survey Settings, you can choose to:

1. Track the responder's IP (click to track and collect the IP address of your respondents).
2. Allow multiple submissions per user
3. Allow users to edit & resubmit the responses
4. Allow users to send a copy of the response to themselves
5. Partial submissions allow to skip the questions and submit the surveys 
6. Survey randomisation is used to rearrange the survey questions.
7. Limit the number of responses this survey can get
8. Set Cut-off Date and Time (configure to automatically close collecting responses).
