Scan to evaluate the subjects anonymously
QR code in 360 assessments lets you scan a unique Quick Response(QR) code to evaluate subjects anonymously. Upon scanning the code, the evaluator gets access to a survey form which can be filled in anonymously. Once the evaluation report is approved, the QR code will be disabled even though the icon will be visible.
Let’s see how this works.
1. Navigate to the Invite tab in your Performance Assessment survey.
2. Click on the name of the subject to be evaluated anonymously.
3. Click on the ShowQR code icon next to the subject email (left to the Edit icon).
4. Upon scanning the QR code from your mobile, you will be redirected to an 360 assessment form to submit an anonymous response.
5 You may also download the code by clicking on the Download QR code button or print the code by clicking on the Print button. You can click on Cancel to close the side window.
6. You can also download the QR codes in bulk. Click on the Export button below the Invite tab and choose Download.pdf below Download QR code.
To view the anonymous responses, either navigate to Results >> Responses or find the responses under Results >> Reports.
Once the evaluation is completed and reports approved, the QR code will be disabled even though the icon will be visible.
Use cases:
- QR code in 360 assessments can be effectively utilised in factories and manufacturing plants to conduct a smooth evaluation. For example, consider an instance where 100 employees have to evaluate a single floor manager. The QR code can be printed out and pasted in a convenient location and the employees can scan the code and evaluate the floor manager, anonymously.
- Managers can download the QR codes in bulk and email them to employees.
Note:
- QR codes will be visible irrespective of whether the subject is invited to the portal.

Yes. All responses submitted by scanning the QR code will be anonymous.
Should the subject be a part of the portal to complete the evaluation process using QR codes?
No. The subject needn’t be a part of the portal to generate and enable the QR code scanning option
