The Rating Widget allows you to effortlessly visualize the performance and distribution of multiple Likert scale questions in a single widget. With this widget, you can track and compare multiple aspects of your business or product at a glance, gaining valuable insights without the need for complex data analysis.
Unlike gauge or bar charts, which can be cluttered when comparing multiple Likert scale questions, the Rating Widget makes it easier to view and understand feedback.
Lets understand rating widget with a real life example
An eCommerce skincare brand sells five products—Toner, Moisturizer, Serum, Cleanser, and Sunscreen. To enhance the overall customer experience, they want to understand CSAT across key touchpoints:
- Website experience
- Shopping experience
- Delivery experience
- Support service experience
After each purchase, customers receive a survey with a 1-5 Likert scale to rate their experience.
Rating Widget is the best option as it helps to:
- Analyze the data efficiently
- Consolidate and visualize customer ratings across all touchpoints in a clear, intuitive layout
- Easily compare satisfaction levels for each product, identify areas for improvement,

Let’s see how to create a Rating Widget

- Navigate to Insights and go to Dashboards.
- Click New Widget.
- Select By Chart type.
- Choose the Rating widget.

Select the survey (Source) you want to create the widget for.
- Under Questions, select the specific question you want to analyze.
You can also choose multiple questions and combine them for an aggregate score.
Customize the Rating widget

Click Advanced to make your widget visually appealing.

You can select the theme.

You can also enhance the widget by adding and customizing additional metrics to display.
Note: You can add a maximum of 3 additional metrics
- You can modify and customize the labels to be displayed on the widget.
5. You can change the displayed ratings or group them according to metrics like CSAT and NPS.
The following is rated and grouped based on CSAT score.
6. Enter the widget title for your reference.
7. Preview your widget and click Add widget.
8. The widget will be displayed on your dashboard. You can move and resize the widget to your liking.
