Personalize email surveys based on language preference
Email surveys become more effective when you send them in your customer’s language. Let’s say you have your customer’s language in the Contacts directory. You can share the email survey in the contact’s preferred language, ensuring that both the email and the survey are in the same language.
Now, let’s see how to set up email translations for your survey.
How to configure multilingual email surveys
1. Once you create an email share, you can send surveys in a specific language or in the contact’s language. Here, let’s select Contact’s language to personalize the email survey.
2. Select the language option to add translations for your email.
Note: You need to translate the survey into respective languages before setting up email translations. If the survey is not translated, you’ll not be able to add the corresponding translations for the email.
3. Click Add New Language to proceed with adding translations for the email.
4. Add the respective languages for translating your email.
5. Click Translate.
Now, you can see the language translations for the email.
You can choose to share your email survey immediately or schedule it. Your customers will receive both the email and the survey in their language. It just eases your customers to take the survey comfortably.
Note
- If survey translation is not set up, email translation cannot be configured
- When sharing a survey in the contact’s language, if the survey is not translated into their language, both the email and the survey will be sent in the survey’s default language.
