Integrating Klaviyo with SurveySparrow

Integrating Klaviyo with a Customer Experience Management(CXM) platform is significant for ensuring a unified and compelling customer journey. The Klaviyo-SurveySparrow integration empowers businesses to capture leads and seamlessly sync contact information with the platform to run customer experience programs.

This integration enables the collection of detailed customer data at every touchpoint, allowing for delivering better customer experiences. 

Let’s see how to set up the integration.

How to connect Klaviyo with SurveySparrow?

1. Under account settings, navigate to Apps and Integrations section. Click Klaviyo.

2. Enable the toggle to start the setup.

3. Login with your Klaviyo credentials.

4. Click Allow to provide access to the information mentioned.

Now, you’re all set to see the Klaviyo integration in action.

Sync data from SurveySparrow to Klaviyo

1.  Navigate to the Integrate section of a survey whose responses you’d like to pass to Klaviyo.

2. It’s mandatory to send email data to Klaviyo. Choose the corresponding field from SurveySparrow.

3. Select Email for Klaviyo’s profile field.

4. Now, proceed to add further details that you’d like to send to Klaviyo. You can choose from your responses, contact details, survey variables, and expressions.

5. Select the corresponding field from SurveySparrow.

6. Map the data to Klaviyo’s profile field.

You can also choose to create a property on Klaviyo to map the data.

Click New Custom Property.

Enter the property name for your reference.

Click Save.

7. Choose a list on Klaviyo to sync the data from SurveySparrow.

8. Click Activate.

Import contacts from Klaviyo to SurveySparrow

1. Navigate to the Contacts section.

2. Under Add Contacts, click Import.

3. Select Klaviyo.

4. You can choose to import all the contacts or choose from a specific list or segment from Klaviyo.

5. Let’s say you need to import from a specific list, choose the corresponding option and select the list.

6. Click Continue Mapping.

7. Map the Klaviyo profile fields to SurveySparrow’s contact fields.

8. To map a custom property, click Add Custom Property.

9. Make sure to enter the exact property name since it’s case-sensitive.

10. Map it to the corresponding SurveySparrow contact field.

11. Click Import.

12. Enter an import name for your reference.

13. Click Finish Import.

That’s it. You’re all set to deploy the Klaviyo-SurveySparrow integrations and enhance your customer experience.
