Configuring Google SMTP to send emails from SurveySparrow

Improve the chances of your emails landing in customers’ inboxes by setting up SMTP with Google OAuth.

Ensuring that your emails reach your recipients' inboxes is paramount for effective communication. Using Google SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) service can significantly enhance deliverability. By leveraging SMTP, you can authenticate your emails, minimizing the chances of them being flagged as spam. 

Now, let’s look at how to set up Google SMTP for your SurveySparrow account.

1. Log in to your SurveySparrow account and navigate to your account’s settings.


2. To proceed with configuring the emails, move to the Email section present under Email Settings.

3. Select Google.

4. Select your Google account.

5. Enter your Google password.

6. Enable the option for SurveySparrow to access your Gmail and continue.

Once done, your emails from SurveySparrow will be triggered from the configured Google SMTP.
