In order to connect your app’s Apple Store reviews, we need to get a few details from your App Store Connect account. Have them in place to connect the reviews with SurveySparrow without any hassle. How to find your app’s Apple ID?
1. Log in to your Apple App Store Connect account.
2. Click My Apps.
3. Click on your application.
4. Under General, click App Information.
5. Under General Information, you can find your app’s Apple ID. Copy the ID and have it ready to connect your App’s reviews to SurveySparrow’s Reputation Management.
How to find the Issuer ID?
1. Navigate to the User and Access section of your app.
2. Click Keys.
3. Copy the Issuer ID present above the list of active keys.
How to generate API credentials and get the Key ID?
1. Navigate to the Keys section under Users and Access.
2. Click the plus icon to generate an API key.
3. Give a Key name for your reference.
4. Select Admin access for the API key.
5. Click Generate.
6. Copy the generated key ID and have it ready to connect your app with SurveySparrow’s Reputation Management.
7. Download the generated key. It will be required while connecting the app with SurveySparrow
How to connect your App Store app to SurveySparrow?
1. Log in to your SurveySparrow account and navigate to the account’s settings.
2. Move to the Manage Platforms section under Reputation Management.
3. Click Add New Platform.
4. Choose the Apple App Store from the Select Platform options.
5. Provide a label name for your reference.
6. Enter the corresponding IDs obtained from your App Store Connect account. Please refer to the above sections to find the IDs.
7. Upload the API credentials generated from your Apple App Store Connect account. Please refer to the above section to generate API credentials.
8. Click Save Platform.
All set! You can now manage your app reviews from SurveySparrow. With all the reviews in one place, automate replies, edit replies, and embed top reviews on your website.

Your app’s reviews will be fetched starting from the previous day of connecting with SurveySparrow
- Ensure you have the required details from your App Store Connect account in place
- Before uploading your API credentials file, check if it’s in .p8 format
