The Difference between ‘Session Count (device limit)’ and ‘Offline Devices’ are as follows:
Session Count: When you log in to a device using your SurveySparrow credentials, we check for any active sessions or logins on other devices. We allow users with the same credentials to be logged in on up to two devices simultaneously. This measure is in place to enhance security and prevent any potential data inconsistencies. Our automatic survey and configuration saving ensures that we maintain the correct versions of surveys and configurations.
Offline Devices: Offline devices refer to phones and tablets used specifically for running offline surveys. Please note that this should not be confused with session count or device limits.
I hope this clarifies the distinction. For more detailed information, you can refer to the respective article here.
