How to connect WhatsApp Business Service Provider account with SurveySparrow?

You can connect your WhatsApp Business Service Provider account in two ways. One is by setting it up from your account’s Settings, and the other is from the Share section.

From Account Settings

1. Log in to your SurveySparrow account and navigate to your account settings.

2. Under Messaging, click WhatsApp.

3. Click Connect to your provider.

4. Choose your WhatsApp Business Service Provider.

5. Enter the details of your WhatsApp Business Service Provider(BSP) account to integrate it with the SurveySparrow account.
6. Click Connect.

After successfully connecting with your WhatsApp Business account, your active templates (created on the WhatsApp BSP account) will be listed.

From Share section

1. Navigate to the Share section of your survey.

2. Choose a WhatsApp Business Service Provider account.

3. Enter the details of your WhatsApp BSP account to connect it with the SurveySparrow account.
4. Click Connect.

Now, you can proceed with configuring WhatsApp share for your surveys.
