Adding a CNAME record in Cloudflare allows you to connect your domain to SurveySparrow or any other service by redirecting traffic from your domain to the desired destination.

To add a C-name to the Survey Sparrow Account, Please find the required information from Settings→General→Custom Domain
Login to your Cloudflare Account:
Visit the Cloudflare website (https://www.cloudflare.com) and log in using your credentials.
Access the DNS Settings:
Once logged in, locate the dropdown menu at the top left corner of the Cloudflare dashboard.
- Select "DNS" from the dropdown menu and click on "Records."

From the dropdown menu that appears, select "CNAME."
In the "Name" field, enter the value from the Name record provided by your Survey Sparrow Account. This value is usually provided to you by Survey Sparrow. Similarly, enter the "Target" value in the designated field. This value is typically provided by your Survey Sparrow Account as well.
Locate the "Proxy status" option and disable it for the CNAME record.
Additionally, set the TTL (Time to Live) to "Auto" or the lowest time possible. This helps ensure any changes made propagate quickly.
